Mr Yeo Teck Guan is the Chief Business Technology Officer of Singapore Pools. He joined Singapore Pools in 2012 and currently spearheads all its information technology initiatives, driving the organisation’s digital acumen by collaborating with industry leaders to conduct Proof of Concept on disruptive technologies.

Since 2016, Mr Yeo has led several enterprise projects such as iShineCloud, Data Lake/Data Hub, eKYC (online registration platform), Web and mobile online applications, Single Customer View System, and many others. Besides being a member of SPD’s Board of Management and Resource Mobilisation and Partnerships Committee, he lends his expertise and knowledge in the business and professional community to fulfil the mission and objectives of many non-profit organisations and committees including the Singapore Computer Society, Information Technology Management Association and NVPC Digital Innovation Committee.

Prior to joining Singapore Pools, Mr Yeo was the Asia Pacific IT Director of Goodyear Orient Company and was recognised by CIO Asia Magazine as one of the Top CIO 100 Honoree from 2005 to 2007, 2010 and 2012.
