Mr Winston Ngan is a member of SPD’s Board of Management since 2010 and is served as its President from 2020 to 2022. After stepping down as President in September 2022, Mr Ngan was appointed as Chairman, Social Enterprise Pro-tem Committee.
Mr Ngan has more than 20 years of audit and professional experience, with a focus on serving banking and asset management clients, with operations spanning Asia-Pacific. His expertise extends to regulatory compliance advisory, fraud-related investigations, internal audit, and internal controls for financial services clients.
Mr Ngan was a Partner in one of the top 4 accounting firms in Singapore, a Chartered Accountant of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and CPA Australia.
