Ms Koh Li-Na is the Assistant CEO responsible for meteorological services and climate science research at the National Environment Agency of Singapore (NEA).

Prior to NEA, she was the Assistant CEO at the Infocomm Media Development Authority, overseeing the formulation of strategies for Singapore’s digital economy, digital inclusion for society. Ms Koh has also served stints at the Early Childhood Development Agency to develop Singapore’s preschool sector, and at the Info-communications Development Authority and Personal Data Protection Commission where she was responsible for policy, regulation and resource allocation. Ms Koh also led the team that developed Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act.

Ms Koh holds a Master in Business Administration (Distinction) from INSEAD and a Master in Engineering (Distinction) from Cambridge University.

SPD has been alerted to cases involving job scams where scammers have used SPD’s name to instruct individuals to transfer money.

Please remain vigilant. SPD does not authorise individuals to request or collect money on our behalf through such means. If you receive a suspicious request or are unsure whether it is genuine, please verify it directly with SPD by calling our general line at 6579 0700. Alternatively, you can call the ScamShield Hotline at 1799 before taking any action.

If you believe you may have fallen victim to a scam, please contact your bank immediately and make a police report.

SPD takes such matters seriously and we constantly review the necessary safeguards to protect the public and our supporters. Please be assured that legitimate donations and payments made through SPD’s official website and authorised platforms remain unaffected.
