The Flying Sommelier Tour 2017 is a series of wine appreciation dinners organised by The Flying Sommeliers – consisting of Amir Solay (from Unlisted Collection), Mohamed Fazil (from Salt Grill & Sky Bar), Michael Leitner (formerly from Ku De Ta) and Gerald Lu (from Praelum Wine Bistro).
Each dinner consists of a 5 course menu plus wine pairing that is available at $168++ and $228++. 10% discount is available for booking of all 5 dinners. Each dinner ends with a silent wine auction as well.
We are pleased to announce that we will once again be the beneficiary of The Flying Sommelier Tour. Part of the net proceeds will be donated to SPD and these funds will enable us to maximise the potential of people with disabilities so that they can be self-reliant and independent.
