The Enabling Week is organised by the Centre for Enabled Living (CEL). This three-day programme, with the theme of ‘Fostering a More Enabling Environment for Singapore’, seeks to engage both informal and professional caregivers, policy makers and the public in discussions on the landscape of eldercare and disability services in Singapore.
